HR Consultants And Advisors
Jason is a human capital thought leader, HR executive, HR consultant, and corporate director with extensive experience across a variety of industries including biotechnology, CPG, transportation, NGOs, and SaaS.
Previously, Jason served as Lavvan’s Vice President of Human Resources as well as MedReleaf’s Vice President of Human Resources. He also serves as a board member for Impirica, and Grandbridge Energy. Jason also teaches HR Management at Seneca Polytechnic.
Jason holds a BA from the University of Guelph, a Post-Graduate Certificate in HR Management and a Certificate in HR Law. He possesses the Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designations. Jason has been recognized as one of the top 25 HR professionals in Canada by the Canadian HR Reporter.
Jason Métis from Penetanguishene, Ontario and is a proud Citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario.
Alyson is a results-focused Human Resources leader with in-depth experience developing and directing strategic HR functions. She is a trusted advisor with a solid history of success, capable of building relationships, increasing workplace productivity and engagement, and retaining top talent. She has worked in a wide range of industries including consumer packaged goods, and technology.
Alyson has held senior leader HR positions in high-growth environments. In her experience, she has successfully supported organizational scale-ups at startups, optimized HR and talent management programs, and led company-wide HR implementations including performance management and HRIS adoption. She has also supported companies through organizational restructuring and workforce planning, and mergers and acquisitions.
Alyson holds a B.A. in Psychology at McGill University and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management at George Brown College. She also holds a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation from the Ontario Human Resources Professional Association.
Priya Dhaliwal is a Human Resources professional with experience managing strategic HR functions across a variety of industries, including consumer packaged goods, and technology.
Priya has successfully supported organizational growth through optimizing talent management programs and leading company-wide HR initiatives. She has developed and implemented HR policies, managed employee relations, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards.
Priya holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College. She is currently pursuing her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.

Tai specializes in providing health and safety consulting services to businesses in the industrial and public service sectors. Services include but are not limited to: safety audits, workplace inspections, policy & procedure creation and reviews, and training and program development.
Adam Spark is a former practicing lawyer who transitioned into the employee benefits field through his company Align Benefits. His expertise includes his ability to provide clients with advice on the variety of corporate, employment and HR legal matters that are inherently integrated into the operation of a Canadian benefit plan.
